CANCELLATION POLICY:

24-Hour Cancellation/Reschedule – I understand life happens and you may need to cancel or change your appointment. However, I require 24-hours notice for non-emergency situations to avoid being charged. Your understanding is valued, as scheduling an appointment serves as both a reservation for and a commitment to my time.

ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION: 

• Parking: Please park in the Tip Top Pottery Lot in White River Junction. 

• My office is on the second floor of the Tip Top Building, Suite 230. There is an elevator around the corner and the office is fully accessible. However please note that Tip Top is a historic building and the floors are uneven in places.  

• The massage table is at a fixed height (approximately 2’3” from the ground). There is a step stool (weight limit 300 pounds) to help you get onto the table if you need it. 

• The massage table is 30" wide. I have arm rests that can be added to the table, making it 39" across at the shoulders / arms. The table can safely hold 350 pounds. 

COVID PROTOCOLS:

One of my acupuncturist colleagues works with many immuno-compromised clients and requires that people mask in the suite waiting room and bathroom to protect everyone. However, during the session masks are optional. If it is your preference for me to wear a mask, I am happy to, please ask! 

Please reschedule your appointment if you are not feeling well or have any covid, cold, or flu-like symptoms.

ZERO TOLERANCE:

All massage sessions are completely non-sexual in nature. We have a ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY FOR SEXUAL MISCONDUCT. If this is violated, the session will be terminated immediately with full payment due.
